2. Your first Consultation
Meet with your personal coach for an in depth conversation around your past experiences, your current lifestyle, and the nuanced goals you want to achieve both in the near and distant future.
Build your ideal schedule of training onsite or remotely, including what time of day, and how long each session will be.
Plan with your coach, around your priorities to ensure both your lifestyle routines, and fitness training are aligned.
3. Movement Assessment
Our next personal session together will be focused on how you move.
We carefully examine your range of motion, foundational patterns of functional movement, and base of stability.
Regardless of competency, we always build from the basics toward advanced movements.
Our coaches will use our findings to begin crafting your workout experiences.
4. Work Capacity Assessment
Our last personal session is a simple and sensible look into how you express your fitness for a sustained duration of time.
We’ll additionally debrief our learnings through the assessment process for you to ask questions about your next steps and what to expect in your first weeks under our care.
