My long journey into my career as a coach has given me a broad and deep appreciation for what our bodies are capable of, as well as giving me the detailed experience to work through the nuances of my client’s lifestyles and fitness goals.
I consider myself a lifelong learner, explorer, and contributor to my environment, society, and every relationship I have. My skills as a coach are most evident in my ability to communicate, orchestrate a long-term plan, and help each client become autonomous in adapting and creating opportunities to grow for themselves.
I love to bring people into both self-awareness and self-confidence through knowledge and behaviors that align with their priorities - know yourself, do what you love, and keep it going. Currently, I’m learning a great deal through mentoring others to be leaders through fitness coaching.
