My STory

My fitness expression began as a young kid being involved in a plethora of sports and activities. As I grew up, I focused more on football, basketball, and baseball until finally putting all of my intentions into football. After high school, I went on to play football at Juniata College where I, unfortunately, suffered an injury between my sophomore and Junior year that put me on the sideline for my final two years. However, this was a catalyst moment that led me to explore movement, nutrition, training, and health more deeply.

This exploration has led me to become a head coach at OPEX Lancaster. We believe that resiliency is earned and fitness is for a lifetime. So as a coach I aim to teach how to create lifestyle and movement habits that match with an individual’s intention. I am looking to work with individuals who are willing to honor the process and time it takes to progress towards a better version of themselves.

LETS DO THIS

I am fascinated by the connection between the mind and body in fitness. Teaching clients the process of how to own their movement is intriguing and rewarding. As a coach, I want to guide clients in learning how to take care of themselves for a lifetime.
